Orders can be collected from Cake & Flowers, located at the front of The Dorchester, at the time selected when you placed your order.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. Orders must be placed by 1pm for next-day delivery. Same day delivery is available within London zones 1 and 2.

  • For delivery across the UK, we offer a next-day delivery service
  • Orders must be placed by 12pm for delivery the next working day
  • Note that for orders placed before 12pm on a Friday, Monday will be the next working day
  • Orders placed before 12pm on a Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day
  • Next-day DHL delivery charges are £15 for gift boxes and £10 for chocolate boxes
  • DHL deliveries can be sent to mainland UK only, with a single price for all destinations
